We’re here to help! EZ Apps is dedicated to providing prompt and helpful support for all our Shopify apps. If you have questions, suggestions, encounter an issue, or need assistance with our apps, please use one of the contact methods below to reach our support team. We aim to make it easy for merchants to get help .


How to Reach EZ Apps Support:


  • Support Email: The fastest way to get support is by emailing us at support@ezcommerceapps.com.


– Response Time: We strive to respond to all support emails within 1 business day (and often much sooner). Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time. Urgent requests outside these hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
– What to Include: When emailing, please provide your store URL, the name of the EZ App you’re using, and a description of your question or issue. Screenshots or video recordings are very helpful if you’re reporting a problem. This information helps us troubleshoot more efficiently.
 

  • Contact Form: Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form on our website (below). Provide your name, email, store URL, and a detailed message. We will reply to the email provided.
     
  • Knowledge Base & FAQ: Before reaching out, you might find quick answers in our FAQ section or user guides. Visit our FAQ's to see setup instructions, common questions, and troubleshooting tips for each app. (For now, you can consult the documentation included with each app or the FAQ page on our site.) We continuously update our FAQs based on common support queries.
     
  • Live Chat: (If offered) When available, a live chat icon will appear on our website or within the app interface. Chat with us in real-time for quick questions. If we are offline, you can leave a message through the chat, and it will be sent to our email – we will get back to you as soon as we’re online again.
     

Emergency Contact: For critical issues (such as a severe outage or urgent security problem), please mark your email as “URGENT” in the subject line. We also maintain up-to-date emergency developer contact info in the Shopify Partner Dashboard as required , so Shopify can reach us if needed for any app emergencies.


Feedback and Feature Requests: We love to hear feedback! If you have ideas for improving our apps or notice something that could be better, please let us know. Many of our new features come directly from merchant suggestions.
